E-Book and Print Book Pricing:

E-Pub or Mobi File Only   $75

Create Space .pdf File Only $100

E-Pub or Mobi File PLUS Create Space .pdf File  $125

E-Pub PLUS Mobi File PLUS Create Space .pdf File  $150

Short Story/Novella E-Book Services Pricing:

Short stories up to 9 pages $25

Short stories 10 pages or more $35

Novellas (up to 150 pages) $55

All services include a formatted Word file.  At the author's request, we will also retain a back-up copy of all related files for 1 year after the service.

Payment is to be made by Paypal and is due after I complete chapter one and send you a sample of what the formatting will look like.  After you review the sample we will discuss any formatting that you would like to change.  

Turnaround time is generally 7-10 days but could be more depending on the complexity of the formatting involved.  An estimate of the turnaround time will be given once your file is reviewed.

Images will be placed for an extra charge.  Images must be in-line.  There is no flowing of text around them.  Formatting by Jess does not create artwork.  All artwork, including the cover must be emailed with your text along with instructions for the placement of the photos.

It is strongly recommended that you proofread and edit your work  before you submit.  Formatting by Jess does not provide proofreading or editing services.  If you make changes to the formatted Word document which I supply to you your book will be reconverted for a nominal fee depending on the length and the complexity of the changes. 

Please review your files within 7 days of receiving the finished product.  Please notify Formatting by Jess of any formatting that you are unhappy with.  Formatting errors will be fixed free of charge.  Style changes that were not discussed prior to the conversion will be changed for a nominal fee depending on the complexity of the changes.
