Honestly, I was tired of long waiting lists and rude, aloof responses. Jess was courteous, fast, honest, and so into the process. If she couldn't respond right away, she let you know she was in the middle of something but would get back to you and when. It was such a different experience for me in formatting my books. Above and beyond that, she had great ideas to make my ebook and print novels look professional - she's a reader, so she's so familiar with the various styles.
